Modern civilization, in the West(Christian), and Middle East(Islam) are the fruits of Christendom and the Imperial aspirations of Islam in the Caliphate. Both cultures and religions are faiths that actively seek to convert.
Today, however, the spiritual fruits of these expressions of the psyche – The Individuality of Christianity, and the Tribal/Collectivist nature of Islam still exist, and seek out converts.
Christianity via enantiodromia has become “Woke”, which believes itself to be so individualist, secular and rational, that via a psychological enantiodromia has turned into its opposite – Tribal, Pseudo-religious and irrational – driven by the Will to Power.
And Islam, tribal from its inception, has individual members that become so tribal and zealous that via enantiodromia, turn into “free radicals” and individually carry out acts of terror that the tribe decries; this culture as a whole, as expressed by the people in charge, is also driven by the Will to Power – to create a Caliphate across the world.
In the West, both of these expressions exist – the Left (Individualists) and Right(Tribalist(Collectivist)) via enantiodromia have become their own shadows. This seems to happen in ‘late stage’ civilizations that have lost their balance, and descended into decadence, or self-mortification/austerity. In affect the west has started to “decolonize” itself from the Jewish perspective, and is reverting back to the Roman spirit that propelled Christianity. But in so doing, it will finally let Rome die, which ultimately upholds G-d’s will, and promise to His eldest son, Israel.
Christianity and Islam have forgotten:
Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise— why destroy yourself?
Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool— why die before your time?
Ecclesiastes 7:16-18
It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. Whoever fears God will avoid all extremes.
